Especially in this troubled time of warfare, come to celebrate the birth of Buddha and the new
life of spring. Buddha was born in a flower garden in the spring over 2500 years ago. This turning point, a most difficult time, is also an awakening time.

Traditional Buddhist Ceremony, Interfaith Prayer, Music and Dance
Everyone will be invited to pour sweet tea over the head of the baby Buddha, symbolizing blessings offered to all life on earth.

Peace Pagoda friends will make vegetable curry, rice, and salad. You are welcome to bring
healthy sweets and fruits for potluck with Pagoda friends after the ceremony.
